INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Advanced Science Publication (ASP) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original, high-quality research across multidisciplinary domains. Authors are requested to carefully read and follow the instructions below before submitting their manuscripts. Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines may be returned for revision prior to review.

1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

ASP accepts the following types of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Short Communications
  • Case Studies
  • Technical Notes
  • Conceptual and Methodological Papers

All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Preparation

2.1 Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English (British or American English, consistently used).

2.2 Formatting

  • File format: MS Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Page numbers: Bottom center

3. Structure of the Manuscript

A standard research article should include the following sections:

  1. Title Page
    • Title of the manuscript
    • Full names of all authors
    • Affiliations and country
    • Corresponding author’s email
  2. Abstract
    • 150–1000 words
    • Clearly state objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
  3. Keywords
    • 4–10 keywords
  4. Introduction
  5. Materials and Methods
  6. Results
  7. Discussion
  8. Conclusion
  9. Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  10. Conflict of Interest Statement
  11. References

4. References and Citation Style

  • References must be cited in the text and listed at the end of the manuscript.
  • ASP follows a standard academic referencing style (APA / IEEE / Vancouver depending on discipline).
  • Authors are encouraged to include DOI numbers wherever available.

5. Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively.
  • Provide clear captions and source details (if applicable).
  • Images must be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).

6. Ethical Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism.
  • Authors must ensure compliance with ethical standards for research involving humans or animals.
  • Any form of data fabrication, falsification, or duplicate publication is strictly prohibited.

7. Peer Review Process

ASP follows a double-blind peer-review process, where the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed. Each manuscript is evaluated by expert reviewers based on originality, scientific merit, clarity, and relevance.

8. Open Access Policy

Advanced Science Publication is a fully open-access journal, allowing free and unrestricted access to published content. Authors retain copyright while granting the journal the right to publish.

9. Article Processing Charges (APC)

Details regarding article processing charges, if applicable, will be communicated to authors after acceptance. There are no submission fees.

10. Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission system or email as specified on the journal website. Authors must ensure all required documents are submitted, including:

  • Manuscript file
  • Copyright declaration

11. Final Decision

The editorial decision (acceptance, revision, or rejection) is final and based on reviewers’ recommendations and editorial assessment.
